1. Service Description

PublisherKit ("the Service") is a publisher management platform operated by Snowlabs ("we", "us"). The Service provides tools for managing authors, tracking royalties, organizing book catalogs, handling contracts, and publishing books. By using PublisherKit you agree to these terms.

2. Account Terms

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free trial at a time.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws in your jurisdiction, to upload malicious code, to harass or abuse other users, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Data Ownership

Your data is yours. You retain all rights to the content you upload, including author information, book data, manuscripts, and cover images. We do not claim ownership of your content. You may export or delete your data at any time. Upon account termination, we will make your data available for export for 30 days.

5. Payment Terms

The Starter plan is $20/month and the Pro plan is $50/month. Enterprise pricing is available on request. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.

Billing is monthly via credit or debit card through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

6. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, with notice where possible. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days to allow export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
